Description
The RFX Pro Series Hi-Carbon Steel (HCS) sprockets are perfect for riders looking for longevity and great value for their sprockets, while offering authentic quality that can't be found anywhere else.
The certified high-carbon steel provides unbeatable wear properties and its high strength compared to mild steel allows for a lighter profile, meaning the weight increase compared to aluminium is kept to a minimum.
The RFX HCS sprockets are laser cut for more precision and tighter tolerance levels.

Installation instructions:
- Start by placing the bike on a stand, with the rear wheel off the ground.
- Remove the chain and wheel from the bike.
- While holding the hex key, loosen the nuts with a spanner.
- Remove all nuts and the worn sprocket.
- Clean the area around the hub, ensuring it is free from debris.
- Take the new sprocket and place it on the hub, making sure it fits well and the bolt holes are correctly aligned.
- Clean the bolts and nuts for the sprocket.
- Apply blue Loctite to each bolt and insert them into the holes.
- Screw the nuts onto the bolts by hand, ensuring the seals are intact and in good condition.
- Hold the hex key in place and tighten the nuts evenly.
- Tighten the nuts and bolts according to the user manual.
- Reattach the wheel to the bike, ensuring that the chain is properly aligned and tightened according to the manufacturer's specifications.
