In motorcycle racing, speed is key and aerodynamics plays an essential role - because that extra kilometre per hour can make the difference between victory and defeat.

The lightweight aerodynamically optimized shell design of the X.R3R not only reduces air resistance but also optimizes the airflow to cool the interior.

THE IMPORTANCE OF VIRTUAL BEFORE REAL
Significant effort has been made to improve the aerodynamic efficiency of the shell, visor, spoilers, and vents of the X.R3R.
The need for good design in aerodynamics begins with wind tunnel testing. However, tests start virtually on the computer using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analyses, which allow for better and more informed decisions. These results are then supported by wind tunnel testing at a 1:1 scale with a motorbike and on-road tests, which validate the helmet's aerodynamic performance from different angles and riding positions.

EFFECTIVENESS AND PERFORMANCE
An aerodynamic helmet that focuses on speed enhances ventilation and adds a series of safety features. Every detail in the design of the outer shell and external components is crafted to reduce drag pressure and ensure maximum efficiency.
At the same time, air resistance is reduced, and the airflow for cooling the interior is optimized. The air is specifically directed through the upper and side vortices towards the back, where it increases the effectiveness of the new race wing concept.

EXTENSION OF THE REAR SPOILER
A translucent racing-style wing extension can be added to make the helmet surprisingly stable at high speeds. Attached with screws, this rear wing extension features a breakthrough design for maximum safety standards.

FEEL THE LIGHT
Designed for elite riders and those who are weight-conscious, the new X-PRO carbon shell with 3K carbon fabrics is 10% lighter than other carbon shells and provides greater stiffness and ultimate strength. The high fiber content (≥ 60%) maximizes the mechanical properties of the composite shell while the fiber distribution ensures uniform strength in all directions while offering an exquisite appearance. Everything you expect from one of the most advanced carbon fibre helmet technologies out there.

The complex aerodynamic concept of the X.R3R is designed to maximize its performance, with a dynamic weight from 0 to 160 km/h.

FEEL THE FRESHNESS
On the track, the last thing you want to worry about is heat on your head. The Aero test identified the X.R3R's superior ventilation system that encourages air circulation through the helmet from front to back.
Equipped with six air intakes and four exhausts for ventilation - you can have full control over the airflow you get through the helmet to keep your head as cool as possible under the pressure of track riding.

SPEED-FLOW VENTILATION SYSTEM FOR THE CHIN
The elongated shape of the chin vent allows for more Race air to be sucked in, with an efficient ducting system to disperse fresh air through the visor and face area. An additional air intake is also incorporated in the lower section, made of anti-vibration rubber, which can be easily opened and closed via a control switch from the inside.

X-MART DRY FABRIC
All parts of the lining, including the neck roll, are removable, washable, and equipped with X-Mart Dry technology - a soft-touch fabric with a special treatment that helps you stay cool, dry, and comfortable, with a drying speed twice as fast as normal cotton.

FEEL SAFE
Thanks to its aerodynamic design, the visor significantly reduces wind noise by allowing good airflow around your face. The complete noise insulation concept of the X.R3R includes vortex generators at the chin level to reduce aerodynamic drag and lift, as well as a double rubber seal profile around the visor, configured to enhance sound insulation.

ANTI-VIBRATION RUBBER VISOR PLATES
The special anti-vibration rubber visor plates are designed to absorb and evenly distribute vibrations at nominal levels. They are perfect for helping reduce noise levels and cancel the transmission of vibrations to the adjacent structures of the visor.

VISOR RECOIL SYSTEM
The Recoil visor system, with its spring-loaded base side plates, automatically adjusts and pulls the screen back against the double-lipped window seal for a perfect seal.

DOUBLE LOCK SYSTEM
The dual lock safety system of the visor prevents sudden and unexpected opening of the visor screen and can be easily opened with gloves.

Featuring a wide field of vision, the two-dimensional visor made of unbreakable PC Lexan, optical class I and scratch-resistant, is prepared for tear-off application.

A RACE-INSPIRED INTERIOR DESIGNED FOR THIS EFFECT
The modular interior padding of the XR3R is a unique approach to comfort and stability at high speeds which allows individual adjustment of the central padding and cheek pads, for a perfect fit for most head shapes.
All interior parts, including the thick neck roll, are removable, skin-friendly (hypoallergenic and antibacterial properties), and seamless in sensitive areas.

FEEL COMFORTABLE
Thanks to the adaptive crown adjustment system of the X.R3R, the crown pad can slide forward and backward to conform to the rider's preferences and adjust 360°, thus eliminating pressure points for maximum comfort and protection - with up to 6 levels of adjustment.

ADJUSTABLE CHEEK PADS
The cheek pads of the X.R3R are designed with a special internal pocket that works like an adaptive system that can be accurately adjusted according to the rider's preferences. In a simple and quick way, this system allows the addition of a range of foams of different thicknesses to achieve a tighter fit around the cheeks, resulting in a more balanced, safer, and more agile helmet on the track. To make things even easier, it is reversible, so the cheek pads can always be returned to their original configuration.

BATTLING THE HEAT
The innovative Air cumbs provide unparalleled levels of interior ventilation and comfort. The padding of the crown of the X.R3R is sewn with a special mesh that creates a chamber of fresh air between the EPS liner and the padding. By gradually releasing and distributing fresh air all around the contour of the head, it creates a longer-lasting cooling sensation at controlled temperature and relative humidity.

FEEL SECURE
The multi-density EPS shell system of the X.R3R is designed to allow cooling air to circulate unrestricted through tunnels created in 5 different zones with varying densities for maximum shock protection in key areas around the rider's head.

ECE 22-06 CERTIFIED
Welcome to a new era of safety. The X.R3R comes with the new ECE 22-06 certification which includes new tests conducted at higher speeds, with more impact locations and improved impact absorption capability, as well as additional requirements for features like chin guards and retractable visors. The X.R3R will also be subjected to the FIM Racing homologation program, which is required to compete internationally, including in MotoGP - for 2022.

EMERGENCY STRAP V2
Integrated into each cheek pad, the V2 emergency strap system allows qualified medical personnel to easily and smoothly access the head of an injured rider.

X-LOCK SYSTEM
The entire X.R3R collection is equipped with a double D-ring complying with MotoGP standards and a magnetic X-LOCK button for easy final fastening.

REMOVABLE CHIN STRAP COVER
The chin strap covers are removable and washable for ease and cleaning after more extreme incursions on the racetrack.
